This Refund Policy applies to digital, downloadable products. Review and adjust to match your business and local consumer law.
1. Nature of digital goods
Because our products are delivered instantly as downloads, they are generally exempt from standard withdrawal rights once the download has started — where permitted by law and where you have agreed to immediate access.
2. When we offer refunds
We may issue a refund if: the product is faulty or does not work as described; you were charged in error; or you have not yet downloaded the product and request a refund within [X] days of purchase.
3. When refunds are not available
We generally cannot refund products that have been downloaded, or issues caused by unsupported systems or failure to meet stated requirements.
4. How to request
Contact [support@quickbookskeys.com] with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
5. Faulty products
If a download is corrupted or a key does not work, we will first try to resolve it; if we cannot, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
