It is in the order confirmation email we sent right after your purchase, and in your account under Orders.
Which download should I choose?
Use the Full product download to install on a new computer or reinstall. Use the Update only if the same year is already installed.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), 2.4 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended), and about 2.5 GB free disk space. Internet is needed to download and activate.
My key is not working — what do I do?
